Experience:
Mr. Klein has handled complex civil litigation matters representing both corporate and individual clients in Superior, Housing and District Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has drafted significant discovery for litigation matters, including multi-party litigation involving state and municipal government agencies. He has researched, drafted and prepared appellate briefs.
Mr. Klein was co-counsel in the recent Massachusetts Appeals Court Case of Robert Rose v. Highway Equipment Company, 86 Mass.App.Ct. 204 (2014) concerning the unreasonable use of defense in product liability cases.
Mr. Klein has overseen a team of employees responsible for drafting Medicare Set Aside Allegations, together with drafting multiple opinions concerning federal and state regulations with respect to the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute.
Mr. Klein has handled complex insurance coverage matters, general commercial and litigation while representing insurance companies and insureds in defense of first-party and third-party claims, insurance coverage and subrogation matters.
Mr. Klein has represented and advised clients involving real estate litigation in tort defenses including M.G.L. Chapter 93A and coverage disputes interpreting multiple personal, commercial and general liability policies.
