Experience

Ms. Lynch has been practicing in the civil insurance defense field since 2007. She has advocated for policy holders in a variety of forums including arbitrations, mediations, District Court and Superior Court. Erin has been an associate at a number of well-established and well-respected insurance defense firms in the Commonwealth. She has tried cases in negligence, motor vehicle tort and general liability matters with exceptional results. Erin has a deep knowledge of the relationship between outside defense counsel, the insurer and corporate counsel for insureds.
