District Court Mediation Program

Sullivan & Associates, LLC attorneys trained through the District Court Conciliation Training Program, have conciliated and mediated civil matters at the District Court level.  Cases including landlord and tenant, contract and personal injury have been successfully mediated without the need for trial.  The litigants often times do not have sufficient financial resources to retain private counsel.  The quick and efficient resolution of these cases allows litigants better access to the MA court system.
